2019 Moon Mountain District Cabernet Franc

Grown on a north-west facing slope on top of our world-class Mountain Terraces Vineyard, this seamless and compelling Cabernet Franc is remarkably faithful to the vineyard’s pedigree and expresses the unique and distinctive character of the site. Tinted in deep purple, the wine has earthy aromas of dark fruit, currant, ripe cherry and plum. Flamboyant flavors of wild blackberry, blackcurrant and a hint of cedar blend on the palate with great density and complexity leading to a lingering finish that is well crafted and wonderfully balanced.
